2. Services Overview OMG Links provides URL shortening, custom link management, link-in-bio pages, QR code generation, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
3. User Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities and links created under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Content) In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users are strictly prohibited from creating, hosting, or sharing links that:
Promote illegal activities, gambling, or fraud.
Contain malware, phishing links, viruses, or malicious software.
Infringe on third-party intellectual property or copyright rights.
Spread hate speech, defamation, obscenity, or explicit content.
Threaten the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate link termination and permanent account suspension without prior warning.
5. Intellectual Property All logos, branding, designs, and content provided by OMG Links are the exclusive property of the Platform. Users retain ownership of their original content submitted via Link-in-Bio pages but grant us a license to host and display it.
6. User Data & Data Protection We respect your privacy in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Personal information collected during account registration or service usage is handled strictly to provide service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Paid plans and memberships are billed on a subscription basis.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer law.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer OMG Links is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, OMG Links shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from link downtime, loss of data, or third-party content accessed via our shortened links.
9. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the Platform.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
